Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 3–10 business days(free delivery over$60)
- United States: 5–12 business days(free delivery over $60)
- International: 7–21 business days(free delivery over $100)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Delays
Azouli Skin Care is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. -
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. -
Lost or Stolen Packages
Azouli Skin Care is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. -
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you. -
